Drawing, Doodling & Journaling

There are an awful lot of these on the market today.  It isn’t so much a case of
“one’s better than another” but rather that they can be used for different types
of projects.  One thing that almost all of these pens and markers have in
common is that they should be stored horizontally!  When stored right-side up
- the air bubble can travel upward blocking the ink or the ink can drain to the
bottom making it unavailable when you need it.  When stored right-side down
– the ink can run out of the pen, or gum up the ball point mechanism.  All of the
above have happened to me.

Now, let’s look at all of those writing tools!  Let's look at the pens and markers
for journaling, scrapbooking, and archival photo projects by manufacturer,
then we'll see which are acid-free and which ones are not.
